Account and Data Deletion

Feelvu is published by Geniart Bytelabs Pte. Ltd.. You can delete your Feelvu account and associated app data from inside the app or by contacting us.

Delete in the App

Sign in to Feelvu, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your Feelvu account and app data.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email geniartbytelabs@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Feelvu account. Use the subject line “Feelvu account deletion request”.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting the account. After verification, we will delete the account and associated app data within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Data Deleted

Deletion covers account identifiers, emotional check-ins, journal entries, planner tasks, cloud progress, recovery missions, pattern alerts, push notification subscriptions, app settings, and optional CozyFlow cycle context snapshots associated with your Feelvu account.

Joined a Team Workshop

You do not need a Feelvu account to join one, so this is separate from deleting an account. On the team page there is a button that removes you and takes every ask you wrote off the board in the same step. Next to it is one that shows you everything that space holds about you first.

Your check-ins stay. Each one is a single word about the working day with no name attached, they are already part of a report somebody read, and pulling them would rewrite it. They are deleted on the schedule your company chose when the space was opened.

If you also have a Feelvu account and delete it, your name comes off any asks you shared and your membership rows are cleared.

Checked In at a Cafe Without an Account

Nothing to delete on our side, because nothing was sent. A check-in made by scanning a code in a shop stays in that browser and we keep at most the last three. Clearing your browser data for feelvu.com removes it. The shop is only ever sent counts against its own menu, which are not tied to you and cannot be traced back.

If you made an account after checking in, the check-ins you had made in that browser move to your account, and deleting the account deletes them along with everything else below.

Data You Can Export First

Before deleting your account, you can export your Feelvu data from Settings → Export data.
