Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Feelvu, a self-reflection app published by Geniart Bytelabs Pte. Ltd. for emotional check-ins, journaling, planning, reminders, and personal pattern review.
Not Medical Advice
Feelvu is not a medical device, health care provider, crisis service, or substitute for professional care. Feelvu does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including PMS, PMDD, depression, anxiety, or any mental health condition.
If you may harm yourself or others, or you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use Feelvu on your own. If you are under 14, you may only use a kids version with consent and an account created by a parent or legal guardian. If the law where you live requires parent or guardian consent at an older age, you may use Feelvu only with that consent. Only add people aged 14 or older to the people you can reach — a request from this app should never arrive at a child using Feelvu without a parent or legal guardian.
This rule is deliberate: emotional check-ins and personal notes can be sensitive. Feelvu gives younger users a quieter way to reflect, while keeping under-14 use inside a parent-supported account flow.
In South Korea, users under 14 need consent from a legal representative before their personal data is collected. Feelvu handles that through a separate parent-supported flow: the guardian receives the consent wording, agrees at their own address, and gives the child a code for sign-up.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can export your data and request or perform account deletion from the app settings.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Feelvu, attempt to access another person's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer security controls, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
App Stores
If you install Feelvu through an app store or as a home-screen app, store rules and platform terms may also apply. Push reminders are optional and can be disabled in Feelvu or your device settings.
Reaching People You Choose
Feelvu lets you name people you can reach when it is hard to say something out loud. Those people are yours: you add them by email, they have to accept, and Feelvu does not suggest anyone, search for anyone, or let one person look another one up. There is no directory and no way to find a stranger here.
Nobody at Feelvu reads your requests or watches for them. When you ask someone for space or for a hand, the request goes to that person and to no one else. Whether they answer, and what they do, is between you and them — Feelvu does not vet the people you add, and is not responsible for what they say or do, in the app or outside it.
Delivery is not guaranteed. A notification can fail, an email can land in a spam folder, and a phone can be off. Please do not rely on this feature reaching anyone in an emergency. If you may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services.
Only add someone who would want to hear from you, and only an adult. You are responsible for the addresses you enter.
Sharing a Report With a Clinician
Feelvu can produce a summary of your recent check-ins to show someone treating you. It is a record of what you typed, nothing more. It is not a clinical assessment, not a diagnosis, and not a measurement of anything — no part of it has been validated for clinical use, and it should not be relied on to decide your care.
Entries you marked private are left out, and the report tells you how many were hidden. Once you send or print it, it is out of our hands: who sees it and what they do with it is between you and them.
Group Programmes
If you joined through a code from a school, employer, or other organisation, that organisation may receive a report about the group. Joining through a code is not agreement to be counted in it — that is a separate choice, and you can make it or withdraw it at any time in Settings without losing anything in the app.
Those reports never name anyone. Figures drawn from fewer than five people are shown as "fewer than 5", percentages are not shown for groups under ten, and nothing about any individual is included. If you withdraw, your data stops being counted from that point.
Connecting Other Services
You can connect Feelvu to other tools you use, and hand a short note about your work to an AI assistant of your choosing. We only ever reach what you point us at — for Google Drive that means the specific files you pick, never your drive. You can disconnect any of them at any time.
What happens inside those services is governed by their terms, not ours. When you copy something into an assistant, that assistant's operator receives it, and we have no control over what they keep or how they use it. Do not send anything you are not allowed to share, including work your employer restricts.
You can also let an assistant connect to Feelvu. If you do, it can read the work items you have opened here and write results back. Only connections you approve can do this, and you can revoke them.
Suggestions Written by AI
Some of what Feelvu shows you is written by an AI model, and it is labelled where it appears. Those suggestions are generated from what you entered — they are not reviewed by a person before you see them, and they can be wrong, generic, or a poor fit for your situation.
Treat them as prompts to consider, not instructions to follow. You decide what to do, and you are responsible for what you do.
No Warranty
Feelvu is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything it suggests will work for you. Suggestions are general prompts, not advice about your situation, and some of them are written by AI.
Limits on Our Responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Feelvu and Geniart Bytelabs Pte. Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars, whichever is greater.
Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live, and nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
What You Write Stays Yours
Your check-ins, journal entries, and notes belong to you. You give us permission to store, process, and show them back to you so the app can work — nothing wider than that. We do not use your journal entries to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that age out on their normal schedule and anything we are required to keep by law.
Ending Your Use
You can stop and delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or close an account that is being used to harass someone, to break these terms, or in a way that puts other people at risk — and we will tell you why unless the law stops us. Deleting your account does not remove what you already sent to other people.
If Your Use Causes a Claim
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Feelvu — content you sent, someone you contacted, or a term you broke — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it. This does not apply to claims about how the app itself works, which stay ours.
Which Law Applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where Feelvu is published, and the courts of Singapore are where disputes are heard.
If you use Feelvu as a consumer somewhere else, you keep the protections and the local courts your own law gives you — this clause does not take those away, and in most places it could not. Where your local consumer law says something different from these terms, your local law wins.
Please write to us before starting anything formal. Most things are a misunderstanding and are faster to fix by email.
The Rest of the Agreement
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, that part is narrowed only as far as needed and everything else stays in force. Not enforcing something once does not waive it later. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Feelvu. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours if the app changes hands, and we will say so in the app before that happens.
Changes and Availability
Feelvu may change over time. We may update features, fix issues, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep your data export and deletion choices available even as the app evolves.
